In our preparation and development journey of Anairsun’s solar farm ownership, we contribute to South Africa’s energy sector by providing excellent operational and maintenance services to existing solar farm projects. We share our knowledge of internationally endorsed industry-best practices by working together with clients and partners to achieve our shared goal of optimised results that meet the demands and expectations of their solar farms. Developing a solar farm has considerable social and environmental effects on communities and regions. To effectively protect the people we serve by fostering a relationship with communities is essential. We engage with local communities by considering their views, expectations, and concerns as we develop projects and, where possible, provide solutions that satisfy our stakeholders and communities.

As we initiate projects, we source operational and technical teams within the organisation’s demographics from the direct community of our solar plant projects. After recruitment, we equip our teams with the necessary skills and knowledge that adequately allow them to operate in current and future projects. In conjunction with the job opportunities, we have a wide variety of job opportunities that call for emerging graduates and industry professionals. Furthermore, we empower local energy-specific upcoming businesses through a transformative incubation program that simultaneously develops their business skills, exposing them to the necessary technical skills to promote business growth.

Hope

Aware of the profound social impacts of COVID-19 upon South Africa and its citizens, we took it upon ourselves to restore the disrupted educational systems by developing an innovative educational platform that allows for remote academic learning, with particular attention to matriculants.  The platform effectively delivered a wide selection of examination papers and real-time marking, which helped students identify over 2.8 million areas of weakness, optimising their studies. The great success of the educational scheme reached a mass of youth, earning our founder the 2021 Sunday World ‘Unsung Hero’ award. Now directing his efforts to create a sustainable South Africa, Anairsun has graciously assumed the responsibility of creating a future where educational support is accessible for upcoming generations, where we can make their dreams a reality and develop generations of energy practitioners.
